Any individual making application for and being accepted as a Member, in any of the currently active types shall enjoy all of the amenities now furnished by the Gunter's Landing Golf Club. This membership shall also give the approved member the right to utilize future developed club facilities. Only property owners with personal cart storage may use their own carts.

Membership Types

Club:    Initiation Fee - $1000      Monthly Fee - $200

• Preset tee times or unlimited advance tee times
• Includes cart, range balls, green fees, swimming pool, tennis
  courts and clubhouse facilities.
• Unlimited use of golf course
  and club facilities for all immediate family members

Out of County:    Initiation Fee - $1000      Monthly Fee - $150

• Available to person who reside outside Marshall County
• Same rights as club membership

Corporate:   Please contact us for a custom designed package that will fit your needs.

Social:     Initiation Fee - $500     Monthly Fee - $50

• Unlimited use of the swimming pool
  and tennis courts for all immediate family members

**Charging Privileges: All membership
classes will be given charging privileges with a credit limit
of $1,000. If charges surpass this limit - privileges will be
withheld until account is reduced. If outstanding charges exceed
60 days, a finance charge will be assessed at 1.5% monthly and
privileges will be suspended until account is current.
